Manuscript. Extract from an old manuscript book containing the names, arms and crests of the noble men of the Pays de Caux in Normandy, together with those of past times. Fait comme l'on crois vers 1400. Mr Candemer of England has the entire book, from which this extract has been made in haste by Mr Malherbe of Caen. sl, sd (19th c.). Very neat handwritten copy in brown ink of 68 pp. (with 2 loose handwritten ff. of table in fine) illustrated with 200 coats of arms painted in colour (+ some left blank).
