In-4, stiff vellum, smooth spine (Binding of the period). Interesting and rare manuscript register kept by a surgeon, probably from Limoges, at the end of the 18th century, in which the names of his patients, his prescriptions, the follow-up of their illnesses, etc. are recorded. The volume is also peppered with some thirty loose sheets interspersed between the pages and containing notes, additions, letters, invoices, etc.
