Andersen and Sturm-Skrla kept close contact with Anton Faistauer, Andersen was a member of the Neukunstgruppe around Egon Schiele and Sturm-Skrla was in the Hagenbund. She exhibited at the Künstlerhaus, Vienna Secession and the New Hagenbund. Stylistic development from Art Nouveau to Colour Expressionism. Created landscapes and still lifes, also figure paintings and female nudes.
