Description:
A jeweller established in France in 1901, Lorenzo Marzo learned the trade from his uncle, a supplier to the Spanish royal family, before opening his first boutique on rue Saint-Honoré. Although he expressed himself in Haute Joaillerie Belle Epoque, it was with Art Deco that he truly earned his letters of nobility. Present at the 1925 Exposition Internationale des Arts Décoratifs, he won the Grand Prix alongside Dusausoy, Van Cleef & Arpels and Chaumet. His creations showcase materials emblematic of the Art Deco period, including gemstones, coral, enamel and onyx, all of which could be combined to create strong contrasts, like our bracelet.
