MATCHED PAIR OF GREEK HIGH KARAT GOLD EARRINGS WITH ROSETTE.
Ca. 500 - 300 BC A matched pair of gold hoop earrings, each formed as a flattened loop tapering at one end to an eye and at the other to a hook for closure. The front with an applied cluster of granules forming a rosette. Size: 18-21mm x 17-20mm; Weight: 5.1g. Provenance: Private London collection; acquired in Munich, Germany in the 1990s.
