Max INGRAND (1908-1969) designer of the model - FONTANA ARTE publisher (Max INGRAND artistic director) "1552" model designed around [1956], our luminaires installed during the second half of the 1950s. Pair of wall lights. The mounting plates in gilded and varnished brass. The bulb covers are in polished and, in some cases, satin-finished glass. Early editions from the 1950s. H. 40 cm - W. 20 cm - D. 18 cm Oxidation and pitting to the brass parts. Provenance : Estate of X., Dordogne. Our lights were installed in the holiday home of the deceased during a campaign of works on the property in the mid to late 1950s.
