In-4, brown calf, double gilt fillet, spine decorated, spotted edges (Binding of the period). Important factitious collection of 102 mazarinades illustrated with 2 folding plates (one of which is a placard) and 29 portraits (one of which is a double) engraved on copper by Balthasar Moncornet. Spotting, moulding and dampening, some minor worm damage. Tomation 2 on the spine. Binding skilfully restored, spine rebacked.
