Medal of the march on Rome, in box. On the obverse is a winged victory figure holding an oak wreath in the right hand and supporting a lictor fess in the left. Behind the figure are legionary insignia, lictors' fasces and Roman daggers. On the reverse, in the centre, there is an empty square space where the recipient can have his or her name engraved. The square space is bordered by four lictor beams. The border is bordered by a double circle in which the legends Marcia Su Roma, at the top, and 27 October-1 November 1922 are engraved. The ribbon is vertically divided in two, with amaranth-red on the left and yellow on the right, the colours of the Municipality of Rome. Nice cardboard box with a few tears. Some wear and patina.
