A rectangular bronze buckle plate cast in relief with the image of a hound advancing to the left, shown with raised foreleg, elongated body, and upcurved tail. The panel is framed by a raised border and flanked on one side by a pair of projecting loops and on the other by a rectangular slot for strap attachment.
