MEDIEVAL ENAMELLED BRONZE HERALDIC HORSE HARNESS PENDANT WITH THE ARMS OF DE BOHUN
Ca. AD 1250 - 1325 .
A shield-shaped bronze horse harness pendant with a suspension loop at the top. The front is decorated with the heraldic arms of the de Bohun family: a diagonal bend running from the upper left to lower right, with six stylised lions rampant — three above and three below the bend. The background retains traces of dark blue enamel.
