MESOPOTAMIAN TERRACOTTA PLAQUE WITH EROTIC SCENE Ca. 2nd millennium BC. A terracotta plaque of rectangular form with a raised border decorated with impressed vertical lines. The central field depicts a figural scene of a nude male standing and supporting a nude female figure, who faces him with her legs wrapped around his waist and arms around his shoulders.
