Conical handle tapering to the ferrule in enamelled cloisonné and silver with decoration in the form of flowers and scrolls. Rounded, curved silver grip cap with engraved coat of arms of the Electorate of Saxony. Round vermeil ferrule. Pointed vermeil blade on the cutting side. Forge mark with crossed swords and polished Parisian import hallmark(?). Oval, tapering quiver with blue enamel and silver appliqué in the shape of busts of ladies and gentlemen as well as flowers and vines. Engraved silver ring and pointed finial.
L 13.1 cm, L with quiver 18.8 cm.
Minor traces of oxidation and flaws. Blade slightly abraded.
