Depicted in profile to the right, her hair adorned with a crown of vine branches and her drapery embellished on the right shoulder with an animal skin depicting a ram's head and paws, all executed in the last stratum of the honey-coloured stone. The marked contrast between the black background, the immaculate whiteness of the figure and the honey-tone of its attributes attest to the high quality of the cameo's execution. Luigi Michelini, born in Rome, was a pupil of Girometti.
