Copy on japon impérial, unjustified, enriched with 3 autograph leaves signed by octave Mirbeau (2 pages and 5 lines), which appeared in his Journal in 1901; entitled "Pétrisseurs d'âmes", the text opens with: "I have never suffered so much as at the Collège de Vannes run by the excellent Jesuit Fathers [...]". A fine copy in an original binding signed by Semet & Plumelle. spine very slightly darkened, minor rubbing to edge of head-cap, autograph repaired.
