MIRBEAU (Octave). Le Journal d'une Femme de chambre. Paris, Javal et Bourdeaux, 1926. In-4, fawn morocco, large mosaic frame in morocco and chagrin with polychrome geometric decoration edged with two gilt fillets, triple inner frame of listels in fawn, mock-reptile and violet leather, taupe morocco lining mosaic with flowers in green and pink chagrin, embroidered gards, gilt head, cover and spine, case (Henri Jacquet, Lyon). Illustrated with 20 original etchings by Alméry Lobel-Riche. One of 195 copies on Arches vellum, the only large paper, including two suites of illustrations: the state with remarks and the pure etching. Spine slightly oiled.
