Rectangular moulded and gilded carved wood mirror surmounted by a stepped pediment flanked by dolphins and floral baskets, topped by a shell and centred by two eagles facing each other on a fishnet background. The frame is carved with staples and flowers on a fishnet background, and a frieze of water leaves. Assemblage of antique elements from the Regence period, early 18th century. Height 117 cm. Width 61 cm. Depth 6.5 cm. Minor chips to the gilding and later reassembly to the back.
