In carved wood, painted yellow and green with a patina, comprising a suite of three armchairs, a bergère and a pair of chairs with openwork backs with an Athenian motif, tapered legs at the front and sabre legs at the back, Cotton upholstery decorated with a polychrome floral bouquet on a cream background, the three armchairs and the bergère stamped JACOB FRERES/RUE MESLEE on the back rail, printed label "TAILLEUR Fils & Cie, Garde-Meuble" under the rail of each piece; the rear crosspiece of a chair has been refinished, with minor damage and missing parts.
