First edition of the catalogue of the Berthe Morisot retrospective, with a preface by Stéphane Mallarmé, decorated with a photogravure portrait after Édouard Manet. This was the artist's first retrospective exhibition, held from 5 to 21 March 1896 at the Galerie Durand-Ruel, and paid tribute to the artist who had died a year earlier. Ex-dono signed by Marie Laurencin to Marcel Arland "Donné par Claudie Léouzon-le-Duc Je te donne". Soiled cover with light foxing.
