PRAYER WHEEL made of copper alloy, the inside housing a manuscript printed in "lantsa" script, in a brown cloth pouch inscribed with the mantra "O mani padme hum" in "uchen" script. The whole sealed with a Manchu coin from the reign of Qianlong. (Wear, the handle probably not original). Tibet, late 19th - early 20th century.
