NEVERS. Revolutionary plate with contoured rim and polychrome decoration, in the centre within a circle, of two arms holding a Phrygian cap and palms. Inscribed "W la liberté 1790". On the wing, a garland of flowers and a black fillet around the edge. (Chips on the rim, hanging holes). Late 18th century. Diameter: 23 cm. Provenance : - Label from the P.M.
