NEVERS: A polychrome earthenware salad bowl with a scalloped and gadrooned rim, decorated in the style of the "Pont de Loire", depicting in the centre a three-masted royal ship (Fleur de Lys), with two-coloured flags (blue and orange), surrounded by two anchors, and encircled by boats tied together. At the top, in the background, figures on a Loire bridge surmounted by a shining sun. Inscription "Étienne Gendron et Anne Denoux" dated 1822. 19th century. Height : 9cm. Diameter: 35.5cm. Scratches.
