**NO RESERVE** A Mughal Talwar Sword with Gold Gilt Floral Motifs, 19th Century. A Mughal talwar featuring an iron hilt adorned with intricate gold gilt floral motifs. The grip tapers into a disc-shaped pommel with a central finial, while the cross guard extends into quillons with slightly rounded terminals. A knuckle guard curves from the quillon to the pommel. The blade bears an elaborate gold-inlaid floral cartouche near its base, accompanied by further decorative motifs.
