First edition of this essential bibliography, describing nearly 1200 works on gastronomy published in Europe from the 15th to the 20th century, with numerous black and colour illustrations. One of 150 first copies on matt coated paper in the revorim binding specially designed by Jean de Gonet, signed by the author and binder.
