Two plates by the silversmith GADEBUSCH and three by the silversmith WILKENS.
Hallmark: swan in profile to the left in an oval frame, since 1902 a so-called chance hallmark, inscribed on any silver object without a legible French hallmark brought to customs by second-hand jewellery dealers, the Crédit Municipal or auctioneers.
Goldsmith: the German Wilkens factory was founded in Bremen in 1810 by the goldsmith Hans Martin Wilkens.
