The adoring or praying posture of the angels, some standing on a cloud base, suggests that they once flanked a tabernacle or altar. The style is reminiscent of works by Johann Franz Schwanthaler (1683 Ried im Innkreis - 1762 ibid.). Large parts of the polychrome painting and gilding later. Wings partially restored; h. 86 cm.
