Pair of Biedermeier silver chandeliers. Softly rising, moulded round stand with a cylindrical, smooth shaft base. With two relief sculptural depictions of women in antique-style dresses applied to the top. Baluster-shaped, smooth shaft surrounded by a wreath of acanthus leaves and tapering at the top. Cylindrical spout with a widely flaring, gadrooned rim. Fig. 13 lot, hallmark, master Johann Samuel Schoenberg (became master in 1805). Total weight approx. 430 g. H. 22.5 cm.
