PAIR OF BRONZE AGE BRACELETS WITH SPIRAL FINIALS. Ca. 1500 BC. A pair of penannular bracelets with a wide band that tapers subtly towards the ends and features a raised ridge running along the outer surface, dividing the band into two slightly concave sections. The edges of the bands are smooth and slightly rounded. Both bracelets terminate in tightly coiled spiral finials, symmetrically positioned on either end. Size: 60-60mm x 50-60mm; Weight: 65g Provenance: Property of an Oxfordshire art professional; previously in an old British collection, formed in the 1980s on the UK / International art markets.
