PAIR OF BRONZE AGE / URARTIAN PYXIDES WITH WOLF-TOOTH DECORATION. Ca. 900 - 500 BC. A pair of bronze pyxides, each cylindrical with gently flaring sides and an everted lip, the wall ornamented with a continuous wolf-tooth frieze set above a moulded ring. For similar see: R.
