Both have their hair tied in high knot, dressed in a long skirt, with short over-jacket. The two ladies are depicted playing instruments. Size: 210-240mm x 120-130mm; Weight: 2.14kg. Provenance: From the private collection of a Somerset gentleman; previously in an old British collection, formed in the 1990s on the UK /European art markets. This piece has been precisely dated using a thermoluminescence analysis carried out by Ralf Kotalla.
