PAIR OF DAUNIAN TERRACOTTA VESSELS WITH BLACK PAINTED DECORATIONS Ca. 500 - 300 BC. A pair of terracotta vessels. The one on the left is a two-handled globular jar with a short cylindrical neck and twin upturned handles set vertically on the shoulder. It is decorated with parallel horizontal black lines encircling the lower section and shoulder. The vessel on the right is a shallow bowl with a wide mouth and opposing loop handles. Its interior is decorated with concentric ochre and brown painted rings, centred around a circular motif.
