PAIR OF EGYPTIAN FAIENCE FALCON HEAD TERMINALS FROM USEKH COLLAR Middle Kingdom, Ca. 2055 - 1069 BC A pair of falcon head terminals originating from a Usekh collar. Each terminal has a flat section and is naturalistically modelled, featuring facial details delineated with a dark pigment. The small beak is curved downward. Each head is equipped with a suspension loop at the top, along with four additional suspension apertures along the bottom edge. Reviewed by Simone Musso, consultant curator for Egyptian antiquities at the Stibbert Museum, Florence, Italy, member of the Nuri Archaeological Expedition.
