PAIR OF EGYPTIAN GOLD AND STONE NECKLACES Middle Kingdom, Ca. 2055 - 1790 BC. A pair of restrung necklaces of gold and stone beads. The one on the left is composed of elongated red stone beads alternating with small gold wedjat-eye amulets at the centre and biconical gold beads along the remaining length. The other one is composed of blue-coloured beads alternating with faceted elongated gold beads, with a discoid-shaped gold pendant at the centre.
