Ca. 400 BC A pair of gold pendants, including, from left to right: an openwork pendant formed as a pyramid with dense granulation and a ribbed suspension loop above, the lower edge with attachment rings from which a long plaited chain descends, terminating in a globular cluster; and a truncated conical pendant with radiating vertical panels of fine granulation, a suspension loop above, and a pierced circlet along the base fitted with multiple short chain pendants, some ending in pearl beads. Size: 35-48mm x 16-17mm; Weight: 7.8g. Provenance: Private London collection; acquired in Munich, Germany in the 1990s. This item has been cleared against the Art Loss Register database and comes with a confirmation letter.
