PAIR OF HELLENISTIC GOLD PENDANTS. Ca. 300 - 100 BC. A pair of gold pendants, from left to right: a pyramidal pendant formed from triangular panels rising to an integral suspension loop, each face edged by a beaded frame with applied leaf-shaped cells to the flanks. The basal rim supports three drops of twisted wire; a zoomorphic pendant modelled as a head with an elongated S-curved neck, the facial details lightly raised and a circular perforation at the lower tip for suspension.
