PAIR OF ROMAN GOLD RINGS WITH BANDED AGATE AND RED GARNET CABOCHONS. Ca. AD 1 - 300. A pair of gold rings, each with a slender tapered hoop and oval bezel: from left to right, a circular "eye" banded agate cabochon with concentric layers set in a raised collet, and a deep red garnet cabochon neatly set in a low bezel.
