Pair of winged angels. Pair of late 18th century carved and polychromed woods belonging to Georges VAN DE VOORDE (1878-1964) and discovered in his workshop. They may have inspired the artist in some of his work. Height: 47 cm, 50 cm. Provenance: Artist's studio. Collection of the Vandevoorde family since the mid-1960s (the spelling of the surname has no space in the civil register). We enclose a certificate of authenticity and provenance signed by Mr and Mrs Vandevoorde, the artist's grandchildren.
