A Pair of ormolu corkscrews, the shaft decorated with three busts of vestals and drapery falls. Attributed to Robert-Joseph Auguste (1723 - 1805). Louis XVI period. Height : 30,5cm. Slight wear to the gilding.
Based on a silver model by Robert Joseph AUGUSTE, dated 1767-1768, in the Metropolitan Museum.
