A pair of silver-plated bronze candelabras decorated with ribboned rushes, pearl fillet and curved flutes. Removable bouquets with three arms of light and four lights, centred on a fire pot topping a bulbous bollard. Louis XVI style, after the model of candlesticks commissioned in 1784 for the royal residence of Compiègne. H. 38 cm. Slight wear.
