A pair of Louis XVI style gilt-bronze firedogs, after the model by Pierre Gouthière This pair of andirons was inspired by the model supplied by Pierre Gouthière around 1778 for Marie Antoinette's Turkish cabinet at the Château de Fontainebleau and now in the Musée du Louvre (OA 5260). *Information for buyers: The auction is exclusive of VAT.
