Large watercolour fold-out panorama (17 x 267 cm, including captions), mounted on canvas, with a fold-out explanatory plate. This view was taken from the Bellevaux house in Neuchâtel, on the lakeside. It represents almost 40 leagues of the Alps, running from north-east to south-east. The heights given are taken from the works of Johann Georg Trallès. Very rare.
