It announces "the holding of a congress at Vivario on the 15th and 16th of this month, at which the chiefs from beyond the mountains will speak. You, who have been elected at the Diet of Santo Pietro as one of the subjects who are to take part, we ask you to go to Corte on the evening of the 13th with an escort of three riflemen, taken from among those in whom you have the most confidence, with provisions for three days".
