The Reference 624/1 seems to exist in only one example and was known by an Archive photography. This piece is the only one known 24-hour watch made in the 1930’s by Patek Philippe, following few 24-hour « Cronômetro Gondolo » made approximately between 1905 and 1925, specifically for the Brazilian market.
