Provenance: - Private collection, Switzerland. Hollstein 1 and 2, each I (of IV, before the Orlandi address). - Vibrant, deep black, even, clear impressions with a light tone. Each with the lower text margin and margins of approx. 2 to 3.5 cm around the plate marks. Isolated tiny stains and minimal traces of wear and finger marks in the margins. Jeweils in der unteren rechten Ecke gestochen signiert und datiert: Paulus Bril Inuent & Fecit 1590; im unteren Schriftrand links bezeichnet: Romae. 20,6 x 27,6 cm und 21 x 28 cm. Provenienz: - Schweizer Privatbesitz. Hollstein 1 und 2, jeweils I (von IV, vor der Adresse von Orlandi). - Brillante, tiefschwarze, gleichmässige, klare und leicht tonige Drucke. Jeweils mit dem unteren Schriftrand und umlaufenden Rändern von ca. 2 bis 3,5 cm um die Plattenkanten. Vereinzelte winzige Fleckchen und minime Gebrauchs- und Fingerspuren in den Rändern.
