In 1927, he went into partnership with Alfred Tritschler. The two subsequently founded the company Dr. Paul Wolff & Tritschler in Frankfurt am Main. The first edition of Wolff's book "My Experiences with the Leica" was published in 1934. Translated into four languages, this book became one of the standard works on photography.
