Pacific - Hawaii Haberecht, Georg Portrait of a Hawaiian woman. Circa 1950. Oil on hardboard. 63 x 44 cm. Monogrammed. The Saxon artist Georg Haberecht was particularly active as a porcelain painter and worked at the Meissen porcelain manufactory from 1922. - The margins with small bumps and slight rubbing, the corners somewhat bumped, with several small holes presumably as traces of previous framing, with quite inconspicuous colour flaking in places. Overall good. Elegantly captured portrait of a proud Hawaiian woman in luminous colouring. Pacific - Hawaii. - Oil on hard board.
