Sautoir of small, likely natural pearls, of ca. 2.4 mm Ø, strung in a lattice pattern, accented on the sides by two open-work links, each set with 27 circular- and single-cut diamonds totalling ca. 1.6 ct, suspending an open-work pendant of fleur-de-lis shape, set with ca. 60 circular- and single-cut diamonds weighing ca. 3.1 ct.
