Martin). First editions. The Notre-Dame Tapestry contains the Presentation of Beauce to Notre Dame de Chartres. Copies printed for Charles Péguy in large paper, offered by him with a consignment, bound in morocco doubled by Pierre-Lucien Martin. One of 15 copies on Whatman very strong. Each volume is justified: "Premier exemplaire de souche. Exemplaire du gérant" and enriched with an autograph letter from Péguy to André Bertaut, dated 10 November 1913. Ex-libris Marcel de Merre repeated on the 2 volumes (Bibliothèque littéraire Marcel de Merre, 5 et 6 juin 2007, n° 423).
