A Louis XVI period Three Graces clock after Etienne Maurice Falconnet (1716-1791), in white marble and chased and gilt bronze, the double-sided rotating dial signed Imbert l'aîné in Paris, crowned with a basket in bloom and decorated with laurel leaves, resting on a fluted column with Corinthian capital surrounded by female figures representing the three Graces holding garlands of flowers, white marble base decorated with a scene of putti playing musical instruments, resting on four feet decorated with pearls, 77x32x25 cm Provenance: Edgar Brandt (1880-1960), then remained in the family to this day uncontrolled movement no balance wheel chips on the marble dents on the case wear to the gilding wear and marks on the marble
