Monumental portico clock in white marble and gilt bronze, the uprights in the form of women draped in the antique style supporting the movement embellished with a fringed drapery decorated with griffins, pans, etc.; the whole under a moulded entablature with friezes, adorned with a figure of Love activating the combustion of a fire pot with liquid from a ewer. The rectangular base, rounded at the ends, with a central projection, is adorned with a frieze of four putti and a goat, and two side navette vases with Egyptian heads in oval niches; on the central terrace a music trophy in the round.
Attractive large skeleton dial showing the days, months, days of the week, hours, minutes and seconds; beautiful openwork hands; gadrooned feet.
