A SMALL LIVING ROOM TABLE with a writing desk in mahogany, oval top in white veined marble, brass gallery, belt decorated with lozenges, opening with a drawer revealing a leather-lined writing desk and side compartments. Tapered legs joined by a kidney-shaped spacer. Stamped by Charles Topino (circa 1742 - 1803), cabinetmaker awarded the title of Master on 4 July 1773 and hallmarked by the Jurande des Menuisiers Ebénistes. Louis XVI period.
